Here we present the projected timeline that will lead to condos being available for occupancy cira 2025.
This initial timeline defines the major events needed to complete the project with target dates for achieving those goals. As work progresses and further details become available, this timeline will be developed to provide access to the latest projections.
There are many associated and parallel projects that need to be completed for this timeline to be feasible. Details about those other efforts will be linked here for easy access, and to give a broad perspective of the whole progression.

- Regular spaceline service operating between the Earth and Moon
- 2035
- Lunar mining operations begin launching regolith to L5
- 2040
- Construction materials (girders, glass panels, etc.) being manufactured at L5
- Regular spaceline service to L5 operational
- 2041
- Space colony's keel completed
- 2042
- Colony's hub and spoke skeletons in place
- 2044
- Construction of major utility distribution systems begins
- 2045
- Framing for internal floor levels completed
- Internal transportation service begins operation
- Construction of agricultural pods begins. Each pod will have its own local air containment and recycling.
- 2046
- Major utility distribution systems completed
- Constructing first residential and commercial condos begins
- 2047
- First produce harvested from colony agricultural pods
- 2048
- Construction of space colony's hull completed
- Filling colony's interior with air begins
- Solar power satellite construction begins
- 2049
- Space colony spun up to speed for artificial gravity
- 2050
- Colony internal air pressure stabilized (filling complete)
- First residential and commercial condos ready for occupancy
- System testing of first solar power satellite begins
- 2051
- First SPS in geostationary orbit begins sending energy to Earth
